All Himalaya Exchange clients who intend to file a forfeiture remission petition must do so by October 22, 2025.
We are preparing our final ancillary petition filings on October 21, 2025. We will seek to challenge the U.S. government’s jurisdiction to seize HEX funds, along with other claims. Once again, we will propose a secure and safe method by which the government can collaborate with HEX to authenticate your claims and facilitate the return of funds.

We will also argue that by signing up with us for representation—even without a signed affidavit—that should suffice under these unique circumstances to perfect your claims.
We cannot predict how the honorable court will rule. Forfeiture filings are due on October 22, 2025. We have received no relief from the honorable court thus far, and everyone who feels they can safely file their own forfeiture claim should do so at forfeiture.gov.
We are making an ancillary petition on your behalf and have filed a claim with the U.S. Attorney General. However, the technical requirements of the remission process mandate that you file your own claim in this regard, as it is unclear whether the honorable court will grant reasonable relief to what is a statutory process that was created prior to the advent of crypto exchanges.
